Approach
- We built an end-to-end data and Business Intelligence infrastructure.
- We created a cloud-based data warehouse which consolidated data from their ERM and HRIS.
- We developed KPI’s that showed operational detail at a level that allowed for quick decisions regarding where additional clients were needed and where re-balancing was required.
- We also reported on how fixed cost was being leveraged at a “team” level and trained staff on what actions to take based on the Dashboards, leading to improved profitability.
- Additionally, we created a Budget model driven by the same metrics and KPIs that the operators were reviewing and acting on daily.
Results
- The result a cohesive system where the plan informed the operational execution and the operational results, as well as the potential improvements, informed the plan. This was pivotal in the sale of the company, which was one of the largest in the sector.
